Avenger Titan Loadout in Star Citizen 4.10: What to Upgrade First
If you make frequent quantum jumps in your Titan, FoxFire is the first upgrade we'd buy. Keep the stock guns unless rearming the Revenant is becoming a nuisance, and save the expensive shield swap for later.
For everyday travel and solo PvE, you can leave most of the ship as it is. Here's what each upgrade gets you, what you give up, and where to spend your aUEC.

Short answer
- Quantum drive: buy FoxFire if you travel a lot. Keep your Atlas if you already have one.
- Guns: keep the Revenant and two Omnisky IX cannons for now. Fit an Omnisky XII on the nose if you want to go all laser.
- Shields: stick with the Bulwarks while credits are tight. Palisades recharge faster, but won't give you a bigger shield pool.
- Power plant and coolers: keep the Endurance and both Bracers. In Erkul, the stock parts support the upgrades below, though you'll still need to balance your power settings.
What your Titan already has
| Slot | Stock equipment |
|---|---|
| Nose weapon | 1 × S4 Revenant Gatling |
| Wing weapons | 2 × S3 Omnisky IX Cannon |
| Shields | 2 × S1 Bulwark |
| Power plant | 1 × S1 Endurance |
| Coolers | 2 × S1 Bracer |
| Quantum drive | 1 × S1 Expedition |
That's the standard Avenger Titan loadout in Erkul. You already have two laser cannons on the wings, so going all laser only means buying a new nose gun.
Quantum drive: start with FoxFire if you travel often
FoxFire was listed for 115,500 aUEC at Cousin Crow's in Orison and Omega Pro in New Babbage in the UEX 4.10 shop reports. Its cruise speed is a substantial step up from the stock Expedition's, making it a useful place to start if you regularly jump between planets.
| Drive | Normal-jump cruise speed | Spool time | Cooldown |
|---|---|---|---|
| Expedition — stock | 189,309 km/s | 4.6 s | 11.4 s |
| FoxFire | 263,040 km/s | 4.8 s | 11.9 s |
| Atlas | 259,055 km/s | 4.2 s | 7.6 s |
In Erkul, cruise speed doesn't tell you the whole journey time. The drive still has to spool up and accelerate, and cooldown matters when you make several jumps in a row.
If you already have an Atlas, there's little reason to replace it with FoxFire. Their cruise speeds are close, and Atlas has shorter spool and cooldown times. Save those credits for something you'll notice more.
Buying a new Atlas is the uncertain part. Its 84,000 aUEC listing at Platinum Bay, HUR-L5 is backed by a 4.8.0 UEX shop report. The available shop evidence is from 4.8.0, so current 4.10 availability is uncertain and HUR-L5 isn't a reliable destination for a dedicated shopping trip.

Weapons: change the nose if you're tired of rearming
The Revenant Gatling carries 3,660 rounds. If you already return to a station before it runs low, there's no rush to replace it.
If rearming keeps cutting your sessions short, fit one S4 Omnisky XII on the nose and keep the two S3 Omnisky IX wing cannons. All three guns will then use the weapon capacitor. You'll still need to restock missiles, but you'll have no ballistic ammunition to buy for the guns.
You give up some damage on paper: Erkul lists about 820 burst DPS for the Omnisky XII, against the Revenant's 1,266. Ballistics and lasers behave differently against targets, so that comparison alone won't tell you which gun will finish a fight sooner.
The extra laser also shares the capacitor with your wing guns. At four weapon pips in Erkul, the stock wings had 25 shots each. The three-cannon setup had 23 per gun and lower modeled sustained damage. Going all laser saves you ammunition stops, but you still have to pause for the guns to recharge.
The nose cannon was listed for 169,080 aUEC at the shops below. Spend that if you prefer flying with laser cannons. If you enjoy the stock setup, keep the Revenant.
Power and cooling: keep the stock parts for now
You don't need to add a power plant and two coolers to the bill just because you changed the drive or nose gun. Both drive options and the three-cannon setup were compared in Erkul with the stock Endurance and two Bracers.
The Endurance gives you 15 power pips, so you'll still have to choose where they go. Here are two SCM calculator examples for the FoxFire and three-cannon setup:
- Two weapon pips: 2 weapons, 2 engines, 4 shields, 2 radar, 1 life support and 2 in each cooler. Erkul gives the lasers 12 shots each.
- Four weapon pips: keep shields, radar and life support the same, reduce engines to 1 and run the coolers at 2/1. The lasers get 23 shots each.
Both use all 15 pips, with the quantum drive off in SCM. The second gives you longer bursts at the cost of engine power. These figures are calculator-derived and modelled in Erkul.
Shields: Palisades can wait
UEX listed two Palisades for 396,000 aUEC. Before spending that, know what you're buying: faster shield recovery. Both they and the stock Bulwarks have 2,160 HP per generator.
| Per generator | Bulwark | Palisade |
|---|---|---|
| Maximum shield capacity | 2,160 HP | 2,160 HP |
| Maximum recharge rate | 410 HP/s | 475 HP/s |
| Delay after damage | 5.0 s | 4.2 s |
| Delay after depletion | 10.0 s | 8.3 s |
In Erkul, Palisade starts recharging sooner after damage and has a higher maximum recharge rate. How much of that rate you get depends on your shield power allocation; the table shows each generator's rated figures, not the installed output at a particular allocation.
That can be useful when you try to recover between engagements. But if you're watching your aUEC balance, keep the Bulwarks. The same shield capacity and a 396,000 aUEC bill make this an upgrade we'd leave until later.
Where to buy the parts
These shops had 4.10.0 purchase reports on UEX. The reports were 8–13 days old when checked on 10 September. Stock is based on reported 4.10.0 data and may change.
| Part | Quantity | Reported price each | Where to buy |
|---|---|---|---|
| FoxFire | 1 | 115,500 aUEC | Cousin Crow's, Orison; Omega Pro, New Babbage |
| Omnisky XII Cannon | 1 | 169,080 aUEC | Ship Weapons, Seraphim; Crusader Showroom, Orison; Ship Weapons, Baijini Point |
| Palisade | 2 | 198,000 aUEC | Omega Pro, New Babbage |
At the reported prices, FoxFire alone is 115,500 aUEC; FoxFire and the nose cannon total 284,580 aUEC. Those totals cover the new parts, before travel costs or anything you get back from selling the old equipment.
If you want both, the reported shops let you keep the shopping to Orison: Cousin Crow's lists the drive, and the Crusader Showroom lists the cannon.
