Drake Command Module radar does not function

Problem

If the radar MFD in your docked Drake Command Module stops working, you are seeing an Alpha 4.9.x issue currently listed by CIG.

This guidance is only for the Command Module radar. It does not fix a general ship HUD, power, connection, or other Drake-system failure. The exact hotfix for the current release family is unresolved.

Undock and redock the Command Module

Undock and redock the Command Module, then check the radar. This is a docking-state workaround, not a confirmed repair of the underlying issue.

This is CIG's only current release-family action for a nonfunctioning Drake Command Module radar.

What to do

Undock the Command Module from the host ship.
Redock the Command Module.
Check whether the radar MFD is functioning.
