Problem
Your expected Hull C cargo is ready, but automated loading or unloading can fail to start or finish without transferring it.
This page does not cover cargo that never spawned, a Hull C stuck expanded or unavailable, or a loaded ship rejected later by a sale terminal.

Move the cargo manually through external freight elevators
Use manual transfer only when the cargo exists and both endpoints have working external freight elevators; it is an alternate workflow, not a repair of Cargo Services.
Multiple independent current reports describe completing Hull C cargo operations this way while automated transfer remains unreliable.
What to do
- Confirm the cargo exists and the origin and destination have usable external freight elevators.
- Position the Hull C beside the external elevator with its cargo spindle accessible.
- Call the cargo to the elevator and transfer it with the Hull C or handheld tractor beams.
- At the destination, unload through a usable external freight elevator instead of depending on automated transfer.
It cannot help when cargo is missing, the ship state is broken, or either endpoint lacks a working external elevator.

What not to try
Stop cycling Cargo Services requests
Repeated calls and station changes failed in the retained sequence. That does not mean every fresh request fails, but it does mean there is no supported reason to keep cycling it.
Do not rely on damaging the lower spindle
The suggestion has no retained successful execution and can damage the Hull C.
