Problem
After quantum travel, your Ironclad's command module can remain accessible while the cargo body and everything in it are missing or unreachable.
Patch 4.10.0 has both trouble-free Ironclad cargo reports and reports of Ironclads disappearing with cargo. None of the current reports confirms this exact cargo-body split or a reliable way to recover from it.

There is no confirmed first action that restores the Ironclad cargo body in patch 4.10.0. Do not treat Alt-F4 as dependable recovery; if you can document the exact problem, send that current reproduction to the Issue Council.

What's not worth trying
Do not count on Alt-F4 to bring the cargo body back
One report before patch 4.9 recovered this exact body loss after an immediate reload, but later patch 4.9 players were sometimes sent to another shard and lost access to ships, cargo, gear, or mission progress. The patch 4.10.0 report of Alt-F4 helping involved a different problem: a large ship or its marker disappearing after the player flew away in another craft.
Boundaries and evidence
This page is for the cargo body missing immediately after quantum while you still have the command module. It does not cover a whole ship vanishing near a station, a body missing after storage or retrieval, a missing component or paint, a confirmed crash loss, or the command module simply undocking.
No accessible patch 4.10.0 report reproduced this exact post-quantum cargo-body loss and then tested a recovery.
The current report of an Ironclad Assault disappearing with cargo does not say whether only the body vanished or whether quantum exit caused it.
CIG's patch notes and Known Issues page do not name this exact incident, but that omission cannot prove an intermittent bug is fixed.
