Siege of Orison gets stuck at the entry shuttle

Problem
Siege of Orison can stop progressing at the entry shuttle, leaving you stuck. If "Go to Shuttle Stop" remains after you reach the stop, calling the elevator again may advance it. If "Board the Shuttle" remains after you board, no recovery is currently documented.

What's not worth trying
Character Repair did not clear the shuttle stall
Character Repair did not advance the tracked task in the 4.10.0 LIVE attempt. RSI says the repair returns your character to its spawn point, moves equipped gear into inventory, and does not restore missing items.
Reinstalling did not clear the shuttle stall
The player removed and reinstalled Star Citizen and the RSI Launcher, then retried the event. The stalled task did not advance.
Clearing the first platform did not reopen the exit
The player reset the available nodes, searched the miniboss, and cleared the remaining enemies. The exit elevators still did not work while "Board the Shuttle" remained tracked.

Boundaries and evidence
"Orison Platforms Under Attack" introduces the event. "Retake Platforms From Nine Tails" is the main event contract and is added automatically after the shuttle-stop elevator takes you into the instance.
The player report does not identify the client, server, shard, service, or hotfix. The publication-time LIVE client is CL 12572603.
RSI does not list this shuttle-task failure or an official recovery. Its broader public Siege issue entry does not provide enough detail to link it to this problem.
