Problem
You can't leave your assigned large hangar at ARC-L1: the inner doors open, but a solid wall or second exterior door remains in place and blocks your ship.
The only reported recovery for this exact ARC-L1 problem is from March 2026 on an unknown LIVE build. No Alpha 4.10.x result or official fix is confirmed.

There is no proven fix for the current LIVE build. If your ship is still safely inside the hangar, you can try changing to another matchmaking region once. One ARC-L1 player said that worked, but the report is from an unknown March 2026 build and has not been independently confirmed. Do not try to push the ship through the wall.

Try another matchmaking region once
One affected ARC-L1 player reported that the solid exterior barrier cleared after joining another region. That is the only successful report for this exact problem, so treat it as a low-impact test rather than a reliable fix.
Steps
- Exit to the menu and select a different matchmaking region.
- Join the Persistent Universe on the new region.
- Return to the ARC-L1 ship and test the hangar exit once.
Your ship should still be safely inside the hangar, and you must be able to leave to the menu, select another region, and rejoin. Changing region takes time and may give you higher latency. It does not guarantee that cargo will remain safe, so avoid repeated storage or departure attempts with a valuable load.
