Problem
Reconnecting to the Persistent Universe is blocked by Error 41013.
RSI still lists this incident for 4.10.0 LIVE and says the root cause is under investigation.

Use Character Repair, then stay logged out for one hour
Character Repair is the only current action RSI ties directly to Error 41013. Treat it as an irreversible last resort: support is limited, older player outcomes conflict, and your Personal Hangar will likely temporarily vanish.
RSI says Character Repair can usually fix reconnect-triggered Error 41013 in 4.10.0 LIVE, but there is no independent current-build result or measured success rate.
What to do
- Attempt known workarounds and report the issue on the Issue Council.
- Open RSI Account Dashboard > Settings > Character Repair and follow the directions.
- Do not log back into the game for at least one hour.
Plan to remain logged out for at least one hour after starting the repair. Character Repair cannot be stopped or reversed. It moves you to your spawn point, unequips equipped items, does not restore items already missing, and will likely make your Personal Hangar temporarily vanish.
Boundaries and evidence
Use this page for Error 41013 after a reconnect attempt. A different login code, a broad service outage, or getting into the game but losing mouse and interaction controls is a separate incident.
At the August 27 review, 4.10.0 had been LIVE for less than one day, so no independent current-build Character Repair result was available.
Older exact-error player reports include both successes and failures and do not establish a success rate.
