Problem
Reconnecting to the Persistent Universe is blocked by Error 41013. CIG currently lists it as an Alpha 4.9.x LIVE issue while the root cause remains under investigation.
Keep this separate from other login errors, a general launcher or service outage, and loss of mouse/game interactivity. CIG specifically warns against Character Repair for that separate interactivity state.

Best current action
Use Character Repair only as a last resort
It cannot be reversed, may temporarily remove the Personal Hangar, and requires waiting at least one hour before reconnecting.
This is the only current action CIG ties directly to Error 41013; generic relaunching has no supported current success.
What to do
- Document the error and report the result if possible.
- Start Character Repair from RSI Account settings.
- Do not interact with the account while it processes.
- Wait at least one hour before logging in again.
No current independent Alpha 4.9 success rate is available; a separate historical report says repair failed.
