Problem
Star Citizen shows Error 60030, 60015, or another 60k code and cannot enter the Persistent Universe.
Use this only for a 60k login code. Error 19k, 30k, 41013, package-entitlement errors 60010/60016/60012, shard-lock Error 60029, Spawn Resolver errors 64006/64010, and wider service outages need their own recovery paths.

If Error 60k returns after one retry, stop repeating it and move to the bounded network checks or RSI Support.
