Golem mining modules are missing or cannot be attached

Problem
Drake Golem mining modules were missing from the Vehicle Manager or could not be attached in Alpha 4.9, even when the ship and modules were available at the same location.
Alpha 4.10.0 fixed that fitting bug, and a player on the current LIVE release reports that modules can again be added to the Golem mining head. The old freight-elevator method with a spare crafted Pitman is no longer needed.

Alpha 4.10.0 fixed the Golem mining-module fitting failure. Use the normal loadout path again; you no longer need the Alpha 4.9 spare-head sequence.
Boundaries and evidence
This page covers the Golem's mining modules being missing from or rejected by its loadout. Missing general inventory, a Vehicle Manager outage, another mining ship, or crafted-head stats and insurance changing are different problems.
One player has confirmed normal fitting after release, but other Pitman heads or module variants may still behave differently.
The public STARC-214392 details do not show every affected build or the exact fix boundary.
There is no measured success rate, so a repeat failure is still possible.
