Problem
At Levski, your ship can disappear when you cross the hangar threshold while the doors are cycling.
This does not cover a ship missing before retrieval or a disappearance away from a Levski hangar door transition.

Wait for the Levski hangar doors to finish cycling
Wait clear of the Levski hangar threshold until the doors finish cycling, then land or depart. If the ship is already gone and unavailable at ASOP, use the claim option instead.
Waiting clear avoids the risky door transition without changing your ship or loadout.
What to do
- Stop short of the hangar threshold while the doors are moving.
- When landing, wait until the doors are fully open before crossing the threshold or touching down.
- When departing, lift clear and remain clear until the doors finish closing before attempting another landing or hangar transition.
Landing has one reported success; the departure timing is still unconfirmed.

If the ship has already disappeared and remains unavailable at ASOP.
Claim the ship only after it has disappeared and stayed unavailable
A claim gives you a replacement after the ship disappears; it does not preserve the missing ship's state.
What to do
- Check the ASOP status once to confirm the ship remains unavailable.
- Before claiming, assume carried property and prepared state may not survive.
- File the insurance claim and retrieve the replacement when available.
High disruption: claiming may discard carried cargo, vehicles, weapons, and prepared ship state.
