Problem
A non-ship pledge item is missing in Alpha 4.9.x LIVE even though it appears in your RSI web hangar. CIG lists paints, modules, flair, FPS weapons, and equipment among the affected item types.
This is an attribution failure. It is different from equipment that was delivered and later lost, or ordinary inventory loss after a patch.

No dependable recovery is currently supported for this attribution issue. Character Repair has mixed outcomes and meaningful irreversible risk, so consider it once only as a last resort if the item has never appeared in game and you accept the downtime and collateral risk.

Consider Character Repair only as a last resort
CIG reports some success for this exact issue, and multiple players report restored pledge items. Other players report no recovery, so this is a bounded last attempt rather than a fix.
What to do
- Exit Star Citizen and the RSI Launcher.
- Open RSI Account Dashboard > Settings > Character Repair and start the repair.
- Do not interact with the account and wait at least one hour before logging back in.
- Log in and check the primary-residence inventory for the missing pledge items.
Use this only if the item is visible in your RSI web hangar, has never appeared in game, and you accept the irreversible account operation and downtime. High risk: Character Repair cannot be stopped or reversed. It moves your character to its spawn point, may leave the item missing, and collateral inventory loss has been reported. Do not repeat it expecting a guaranteed reset.
