Ship retrieval fails at an ASOP terminal

Problem
Retrieval fails when you try to summon a stored ship from an ASOP terminal, even though the session is otherwise active.
Use this only for the generic terminal-retrieval failure, not the Aurora Mk I-specific issue or the separate Area18 repositioning-player state.

Try another ASOP location
Go to another station or landing zone and try retrieving the same ship once.
Repeated attempts at the original terminal are not a supported recovery path. If the alternate terminal also fails, treat the ship as unresolved for that session.
What to do
- Travel or hitch a ride to another location.
- Retrieve the same ship once from another ASOP terminal.
- Stop if it fails again.
Exact hotfix, affected scope, and current success rate remain unresolved.
