Problem
When the velocity limiter is active, your ship cannot maintain forward thrust in Alpha 4.9.x LIVE.
Use this only for that limiter-specific state. Damaged or unpowered thrusters, a generic no-power problem, and acceleration-limiter settings need different troubleshooting.

Release and repress forward thrust
Release and press forward thrust again only for the velocity-limiter-specific symptom; independent player success evidence is not established.
