Refinery work orders failed with ore on a stored ship

Problem
In Alpha 4.9, a refinery work order could fail to start when its mined ore was on a properly stored mining ship.
That exact problem is no longer listed by CIG for Alpha 4.10, and current refinery guidance again treats the stored mining ship as the normal source for its ore.

This exact Alpha 4.9 incident appears fixed in the current LIVE release, so there is no workaround to follow now. In Alpha 4.10, store the mining ship and select it at the refinery as usual; that is normal procedure, not a proven repair if the exact bug returns.
Boundaries and evidence
This page does not cover Error 18, missing ore quantities, a ship that is not listed at the terminal, or trouble collecting a completed refinery order.
Do not follow the old instruction to detach ore bags and move them to local inventory. A recent player report says this can trigger Error 18 until the bags are reattached.
Alpha 4.10 LIVE had been available for only about two days when this page was checked, so the bug could still recur.
CIG removed the incident from Known Issues but did not publish an inspectable fixed-ticket confirmation for this exact problem.
No exact Alpha 4.10 recurrence or controlled test was found, and this incident was not independently reproduced.
