Siege of Orison: Loot & Blueprints

So, you and your buddies are heading into the instanced event to crack some Nine Tails skulls. Getting the goods takes a bit of planning because Siege of Orison loot follows three different paths: mission-completion blueprints, physical gear you must carry out, and Wikelo exchanges. Here's how each one works on LIVE.

Applies to: Alpha 4.10.x LIVE · Researched:

How to get the BUL-H4 blueprints

Completing the "Retake Platforms From Nine Tails" mission awards one blueprint from the BUL-H4 reward pool. You will get either the BUL-H4 Armor (a one-piece suit), the BUL-H4 Helmet, or the H4-PBF Ammo Carrier.

Unlocking a blueprint lets you craft that piece when you have the required materials. However, three completions do not guarantee the full set because duplicate handling is unresolved. It is still unclear whether the mission can award a blueprint you already own or if it actively selects one you are missing, so don't count on a quick three-and-done if you need a specific piece.

Upgrading to the Snow Camo BUL-H4 set

Once you have the physical base suit, helmet, and ammo carrier, you can upgrade them to the Snow Camo versions via Wikelo's separate "Heavy and Bright" exchange. The contract takes all three base pieces and one Wikelo Favor. In return, it lists the complete Snow Camo set and blueprints for all three pieces.

Warning: Because the exchange consumes the base equipment, decide whether you are ready to give up that set before committing it. Always check the accepted contract and confirm that its reward list actually includes the blueprint you want. Blueprint delivery on the current LIVE hotfix remains unconfirmed.

How to get the Vendetta HMG blueprint

Let’s clear one thing up: finding a Vendetta during Siege gives you the physical gun, not its blueprint. To unlock a version you can craft later, recover a base Vendetta HMG and use Wikelo's "Too Much Gun" exchange.

The exchange consumes one base Vendetta HMG and one Wikelo Favor to award the physical Snow Camo Vendetta, 20 magazines, and the Snow Camo weapon blueprint. Note that Wikelo awards the Snow Camo blueprint—how to unlock the crafting recipe for the base Vendetta remains unknown.

If you find a Vendetta, check its exact name before taking it to Wikelo. The exchange requires the base HMG; players report that the "Brightstar" variant is not accepted. Mendo Ren's carried Vendetta can fall through the floor or disappear; the final green loot crates offer another chance, not a guaranteed replacement.

If Mendo Ren does not return after an encounter wipe, use the Mendo Ren spawn-reset Workaround.

Keycards and loot containers

If you are hunting for cache keycards, look for elite Nine Tails enemies inside the Siege. While older PTU patches allowed players to farm these keycards from regular bunker missions, that route was changed before the LIVE build.

And about that blue numberpad container? It is completely separate from the keycard caches. Despite rumors on global chat, no reusable code or clue sequence has been verified for it yet.

Taking Siege of Orison loot home

Outfits are physical loot, so anything you want to keep must leave with you. Wearing the recovered pieces is one suggested method to bring them out, meaning you must decide what current equipment you are willing to leave behind on the floor. If you have a group, spread the recovered pieces among several players.

A 1–2 SCU crate may help gather equipment inside the mission, but players report reaching armistice areas at the entrance and exit where tractor beams shut off, making the crate impossible to move through the boundary. Leaving to store equipment at a station and then returning is also uncertain. If you are running alone, leaving carries the risk of abandoning the unfinished mission entirely.

The fine print: aUEC, wipes and late joins

  • aUEC and rewards: Siege pays aUEC, and CIG's Alpha 4.10 release notes include a bespoke weapon skin among completion rewards. However, the skin's identity and exact earnings per player remain unconfirmed.
  • Wipes: Do not treat a blueprint unlock as a permanent account entitlement. Persistence across future server wipes is not guaranteed.
  • Late joins: Joining a run near completion is not a confirmed shortcut to the blueprint you want; late-join eligibility is completely unresolved.
