Error 64006 / 64010: Persistent Universe entry is blocked

Problem
Star Citizen shows Spawn Resolver Error 64006 or 64010 after login or reconnect and cannot load the Persistent Universe.
This guidance is only for those two codes during login or reconnect. Use a different recovery path for Error 64008, another login code, or a 64006 disconnect during an active session.

Use Character Repair for Error 64006 / 64010
For Error 64006 or 64010, exit Star Citizen and the RSI Launcher, run Character Repair, and leave the account alone for at least one hour. If repair is unavailable or the error remains, gather your game information and contact RSI Support.
CIG specifically lists Character Repair for this login or reconnect Spawn Resolver state.
What to do
- Confirm the displayed error is 64006 or 64010 Spawn Resolver.
- Exit Star Citizen and the RSI Launcher.
- Start Character Repair from RSI Account Dashboard > Settings > Character Repair, if the tool is available.
- Do not interact with the account while repair is processing.
- Wait at least one hour before logging in again.
- If the error persists or repair is unavailable, gather game information and report/escalate through RSI Support or Issue Council.
Character Repair is irreversible and temporarily locks your account; it may also be unavailable during a service incident.
