You can't get a flyable ship out of Levski

Problem
At Levski, you may be unable to leave because the hangar reports a ship as delivered without producing a usable ship, or because the ship appears but will not lift off.
Those symptoms need different responses. There is no single fix that is supported for both.

If retrieval produces no usable ship, getting a lift elsewhere and retrieving there has the strongest current support. A server change can also help but may cost mission progress. If the ship is present and will not lift, the available control checks are older and unconfirmed for 4.10.0 LIVE.
If Levski reports delivery but no usable ship appears, and you can get a lift elsewhere
Get a lift elsewhere and retrieve your ship there
RSI recommends another location for a failed retrieval, and one recent Levski player reported that this got them a ship. It bypasses the affected Levski hangar; it does not repair it.
What to do
- Get a lift to another location.
- Use an ASOP terminal there to retrieve the ship.
Other options
Change server only if mission progress is safe to lose
If retrieval still fails and you are willing to risk current mission progress
One recent player recovered Levski retrieval twice after changing servers. That is one person's result, not a reliable success rate.
Steps
- Exit the current game session.
- Join a different server or region.
- Retry ship retrieval at Levski.
Changing servers may interrupt or remove Battaglia mission progression.
Check the Acceleration Limiter when the Weight icon appears
If the ship shows the Weight icon and its Acceleration Limiter is at 0%
Earlier players linked a 0% Acceleration Limiter to the Weight icon and loss of movement. The exact Levski player did not report whether this worked.
Steps
- Confirm the ship shows the Weight icon and the Acceleration Limiter is at 0%.
- Raise the Acceleration Limiter to 100%.
- Try lifting off again.
Use this only when both the Weight icon and a 0% Acceleration Limiter are visible.
Engage VTOL when your ship needs more vertical lift
If the ship lacks upward thrust in gravity and has VTOL that adds vertical lift
Earlier players reported that VTOL helped ships that could not produce enough upward thrust. The result depends on the ship, and no current Levski execution was found.
Steps
- Confirm the ship has VTOL capability and shows insufficient lift in gravity.
- Engage VTOL mode.
- Try lifting vertically again.
This applies only to a ship whose VTOL mode adds useful vertical thrust.
What not to try
Do not keep repeating power cycles
Power cycling helped some players with broader Weight-icon problems, but it failed in the exact Levski report. Repeating it is not a supported fix for this lock.
Do not rely on Character Repair for this Levski lock
Character Repair failed for the only exact report, and no successful result supports it for this incident.
