Problem
Your contracted boxes are physically on the destination freight elevator, but the kiosk shows no delivery entry or the mission does not count the cargo after you send the platform down.
This page applies only when the boxes have reached the intended destination but are not recognized; it does not cover cargo missing at pickup or an elevator that will not move. The failure is still reported in Alpha 4.10 LIVE, and an expired timer can cost the payout and may mark undelivered contract cargo as stolen.

No recovery has been confirmed in Alpha 4.10. If every box remains accessible, re-snapping it to the elevator grid is the least disruptive unverified fallback. Moving the cargo to a fresh delivery instance takes longer and is also unverified.

- Place each box back down so it visibly snaps to the elevator cargo grid.

Try a fresh hangar or delivery instance
If every contracted box is recoverable and enough contract time remains for another landing and unloading cycle
Older reports include both success and repeated failure after resetting the delivery area. Treat this as an unverified last attempt only when all cargo is recoverable and the contract has enough time left.
Steps
- Move every contracted box back onto the ship before lowering the elevator again.
- Leave the hangar and fly far enough away for the delivery area to unload.
- Request landing again to obtain a fresh hangar, or return to the ground delivery point after leaving its local area.
- Unload the contracted cargo and check for the delivery menu before sending the elevator down.
All contracted boxes must still be recoverable, and the mission must remain active long enough for a full retry. This consumes contract time. If the timer expires, undelivered cargo may be marked stolen. The conflicting outcomes are historical and no 4.10 result was found.
