You can't get a flyable ship out of Levski
If retrieval produces no usable ship, getting a lift elsewhere and retrieving there has the strongest current support. A server change can also help but may cost mission progress. If the ship is present and will not lift, the available control checks are older and unconfirmed for 4.10.0 LIVE.
Star Citizen service access is blocked by API-denied Error 403
If the denied connection is already using a VPN, turn it off and retry once. If the same error remains, switching that VPN to another server is a fallback. CIG has not published a supported recovery step for players who are not already using a VPN.
Error 60k / 60030 / 60015: Can't enter the Persistent Universe
For Error 60030 or another 60k code without a more specific route, check RSI Status, wait, and retry once. If the code is 60015 or 40015, change region before entering the Universe instead.
Can't leave the ARC-L1 large hangar because a wall blocks the exit
There is no proven fix for the current LIVE build. If your ship is still safely inside the hangar, you can try changing to another matchmaking region once. One ARC-L1 player said that worked, but the report is from an unknown March 2026 build and has not been independently confirmed. Do not try to push the ship through the wall.
Refinery work orders failed with ore on a stored ship
This exact Alpha 4.9 incident appears fixed in the current LIVE release, so there is no workaround to follow now. In Alpha 4.10, store the mining ship and select it at the refinery as usual; that is normal procedure, not a proven repair if the exact bug returns.
Mission cargo is missing from the pickup elevator
There is no current workaround to follow for this resolved incident. If the exact empty-pickup problem returns in Alpha 4.10, avoid relying on old Alpha 4.9 advice until a current result is confirmed.
Star Citizen cannot maintain framerate with Vulkan
Switch the graphics renderer from Vulkan to DirectX or Direct3D, then compare the same scene. This is the best first step for the general Vulkan-linked drop; driver rollback and Ultra texture quality only fit the narrower cases described below.
Persistent Universe stuck loading after a party or ship-bed logout
Try the listed network checks once. If you left aboard a ship that is still accessible to a friend, use that option instead. Use Character Repair only after the network and system checks, the friend option when it applies, and an Issue Council report because it cannot be reversed.
ASOP Deliver option is missing
Restart the game first. If Deliver is still missing, try an ASOP terminal at another location. CIG recommends both routes for Alpha 4.10 LIVE, but neither has an independently verified exact-incident success result.
Elespo: Chawla's Beach to Ashland
288K aUEC expected gross profit · 192K aUEC cash needed. This route pairs meaningful expected gross profit with a manageable 32 SCU commitment, but the transaction itself has not been observed.
Repel Raid on Orison target NPCs do not appear
There is no reliable fix after Repel Raid on Orison targets fail to spawn. CIG lists the issue for Alpha 4.10.x and provides no recovery for a mission already in this state.
Mendo Ren does not appear after an encounter wipe
Have every player engaged with Mendo Ren die and respawn, then return to the boss room. If the encounter is still stuck, repeat the forced respawn.
Elevator not working: hangar doors stay closed
No reliable fix is supported for hangar passenger-elevator doors that stay closed. Report the exact state to Issue Council; repeated server hopping is not a dependable recovery.
Reconnecting is blocked by Error 41013
Character Repair is the only current action RSI ties directly to Error 41013. Treat it as an irreversible last resort: support is limited, older player outcomes conflict, and your Personal Hangar will likely temporarily vanish.
Personal hangar cargo elevator not working
There is no recovery supported for every broken personal-hangar cargo elevator. If an accessible external elevator visibly shows the same stored cargo, test it with one non-critical item. A larger temporary hangar is now historical fallback guidance only because its successful reports predate Alpha 4.10 LIVE.
