No dependable recovery is currently supported for this attribution issue. Character Repair has mixed outcomes and meaningful irreversible risk, so consider it once only as a last resort if the item has never appeared in game and you accept the downtime and collateral risk.
Area18 ship storage leaves you stuck on Repositioning Player
Exit to the main menu and rejoin once. If normal interaction does not return, stop—there is no better-supported recovery for this exact Area18 state.
Star Citizen ship disappears at a Levski hangar
Wait clear of the Levski hangar threshold until the doors finish cycling, then land or depart. If the ship is already gone and unavailable at ASOP, use the claim option instead.
Jumping Levski railings can leave your character stuck
Use force respawn to leave the trapped location. CIG documents it as the only exit, but it may not restore lost items.
Equipped items can disappear when you name a ship
Before naming a ship with non-stock gear or customization, remove it. Rename the ship with its stock loadout, then restore your setup. If items are already missing, this cannot recover them.
Star Citizen salvaging audio won't stop looping
Restart Star Citizen when salvaging-part audio keeps looping after you power down the ship. When you return, check whether the loop has stopped.
Star Citizen cannot reconnect after a server crash
Fully exit and restart Star Citizen, then try reconnecting once. Use this only when the reconnect failure follows a game-server crash; named login errors, broad outages, and other infinite-loading cases need different guidance.
Error 60029 leaves your character stuck on a shard
Error 60029 can leave your character stuck on a shard. Exit the game and launcher, run Character Repair, and stay offline for at least an hour before trying again.
You can't enter Star Citizen with Error 60010, 60016, or 60012
No reliable current workaround is supported. Check whether the launcher account still has its Game Package. If it does, stop there rather than spending store credit or money on another package.
Star Citizen login fails with Error 19k
For Error 19k before game entry, wait and retry once first. If it persists, use the matching launcher, file-verification, or local-network check rather than treating every login failure as the same problem.
ROC mining arm does not move after entering mining mode
Try target-plus-G first for a static ROC arm; it is a low-risk current check with Limited support.
Ironclad operations seat cannot use jump or zoom after a Command Module handoff
Try the middle-mouse mode switch for the exact operations-seat handoff state; it has Moderate support from one current success observation.
Refined ore sale fails when using Max
Select SCU amounts instead of Max first. If the sale still fails, stop for that material and terminal.
Hull-A retrieval fails with cargo spindles extended
Fully retract the spindles before storing the Hull-A; no supported recovery is established once the ship returns unusable.
